  "text": "<p>These asset fields are used for identification, location, inspection result, and due-date information.</p><h3>Show or hide columns</h3><p>Turn each column on or off to control whether it is displayed in the main Asset Schedule. Hiding a column only changes the schedule display; it does not remove or alter the stored asset data.</p><h3>Rename labels</h3><p>Changing a column label updates how that field is described throughout the system, including:</p><ul><li>Main Asset Schedule</li><li>Item Details</li><li>Cover sheets</li><li>Rapid Reporting table</li><li>Pretty Print</li><li>Custom Print</li></ul><p>Use labels that remain clear and meaningful in each of these views.</p>"
