In Microsoft Entra, open \u003cstrong\u003eApp registrations\u003c/strong\u003e, select the EnRep Calendar app, then go to \u003cstrong\u003eAPI permissions\u003c/strong\u003e and add any missing delegated permissions under Microsoft Graph. Select \u003cstrong\u003eGrant admin consent\u003c/strong\u003e where the organisation requires administrator approval.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMicrosoft may then ask the surveyor for permission to read and write calendar events, keep access after sign-in, and read the basic user profile. Some organisations require an Entra administrator to approve these permissions before surveyors can connect.\u003c/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eGoogle permissions shown to the surveyor\u003c/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eGoogle may ask for permission to manage events on the connected calendar. The surveyor should only approve this for the calendar account they use for work appointments.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cdiv class=\"alert alert-warning\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGoogle connection warning:\u003c/strong\u003e if Google says the app is blocked or not verified, the surveyor account is not yet approved for the Google OAuth app. In testing, an administrator must add the surveyor\u0027s Google account as a test user. For wider live use, the Google app must be submitted to Google for verification before the warning is removed.\u003c/div\u003e\u003ch3\u003eWhat happens next\u003c/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen administrators create, move, reassign, or remove diary appointments, EnRep queues a calendar update for this surveyor.
