  "text": "<p>The PNA Report scans active clients for reports that were created in the selected date range and saved with a PNA result.</p><h3>Filters</h3><ul><li>Choose one client to review only that client's PNA reports, or leave the client field on All active clients to scan every live client.</li><li>The From and To dates refer to the report creation date, not the examination date.</li><li>Only active clients are scanned. The result list follows the active schedule so archived plant is not treated as current schedule data.</li></ul><h3>Results</h3><ul><li>When all clients are selected, rows are grouped by client name.</li><li>When a single client is selected, the report shows the result rows only.</li><li>The asset columns follow the same admin-controlled schedule column settings used by the main asset schedule, excluding the actions column.</li><li>Use the table search, sort controls, page length selector, and pagination to narrow or reorder the loaded results.</li></ul><h3>Output</h3><ul><li>Print uses the EnRep print module in landscape mode.</li><li>PDF opens a generated PDF version of the same report.</li><li>CSV downloads the selected report data for spreadsheet review.</li></ul>"
