  "text": "<p>Saved Endorsements are previously generated plant change runs for this client. Active entries still need a decision or follow-up. Historic entries have been accepted or rejected.</p><p>Each entry is marked as <strong>Full Term</strong> or <strong>Mid Term</strong> so you can see what type of endorsement was saved.</p><p><strong>Open PDF</strong> opens the saved endorsement document. <strong>Email Client</strong> opens the direct mailer with the saved PDF attached and marks the endorsement as emailed after sending.</p><p><strong>Accepted</strong> confirms that the endorsement has been agreed. For Full Term endorsements this updates the client's contract fee and renewal date, then moves the entry to Historic. For Mid Term endorsements it only moves the entry to Historic; the client contract details are not changed.</p><p><strong>Rejected</strong> is available for Full Term endorsements only. Confirming rejection archives the client by setting their live status to inactive, and moves the entry to Historic.</p><p><strong>Remove</strong> hides an active saved endorsement from the list. Accepted or rejected Historic entries cannot be removed from the active workflow.</p>"
