  "text": "<p>Change Advice Lines show the plant movements found in the selected date range.</p><p>The left side lists plant that has been added or reinstated. These entries increase the chargeable schedule.</p><p>The right side lists plant that has been deleted, archived, or changed. Deleted and archived entries reduce the chargeable schedule; changed entries are included so the client can see what has altered.</p><p>Use <strong>Manual additions from current plant</strong> when an item is already live on the schedule but needs to be included in this endorsement. Select the plant item, choose the change date, then add it to the advice.</p><p>Use <strong>Manual removals not in EnRep</strong> when an item must appear as removed but is not available from the tracked EnRep changes. Enter the description, plant number or serial number where known, the UI value, and the removal date.</p><p>Manual entries are included in the saved endorsement and in the pricing calculation. Text-only advice can be used for notes that should appear on the endorsement but do not affect the calculated totals.</p>"
