  "text": "<p>Standard Phrases provide reusable wording at the point of inspection, helping standardise the information recorded on reports.</p><h3>Phrase codes</h3><p>Every phrase requires a unique code. Phrase codes are limited to 10 characters.</p><h3>Groups</h3><p>Groups are currently intended for LOLER inspections. Assigning phrases to groups activates response-type filtering, so supported report responses only display phrases attached to the relevant group.</p><h3>CSV tools</h3><p>Use the CSV tools to download a template, export the current phrase list, or upload new phrases in bulk. Imports skip invalid, duplicate, or existing codes.</p>"
