  "text": "<p>The Plant List is the central repository for all plant and equipment types used throughout EnRep.</p><h3>Required fields</h3><ul><li><strong>Code:</strong> a unique identifier for the plant type.</li><li><strong>Description:</strong> describes the plant item.</li><li><strong>Frequency:</strong> the normal inspection frequency in months.</li></ul><h3>Inspection units</h3><p><strong>Units</strong> estimate the expected inspection time. One unit normally represents 15 minutes; fractions such as <strong>0.5</strong> are allowed. Leave Units empty when no estimate is set.</p><h3>Display and delivery</h3><p><strong>Row Colour</strong> highlights or bands matching entries on the schedule.</p><p><strong>Delivery Exclusion</strong> prevents matching items from appearing in delivery selection and cover sheets.</p><h3>Documents</h3><p>One supporting document, such as an instruction manual, can be attached to each plant item. When used, it is available to the surveyor from the report information panel at the point of inspection.</p><h3>CSV tools</h3><p>Use the CSV tools to download a template, export the current Plant List, or upload new plant entries in bulk. Units are optional and can be left empty when no inspection-time estimate is required.</p>"
