Image Engine lets you create a clear report image from shapes, drawing, text and approved icons. Select a tool, place one item on the canvas, then return to Select to move, resize or rotate it. Saving replaces the image in the current report slot.
Choose Select to move, resize and rotate an existing object. Use Freehand, Line, Rectangle, Circle, Triangle or Text to add content. Shape and icon tools place one item at a time, then return to Select so extra clicks do not create duplicates.
Choose the drawing colour and line width before creating an item. For standard shapes, select Outline for an unfilled border or Filled to use the chosen colour throughout the shape.
Select Add icon, choose an approved icon, then click once on the canvas to place it. Once selected, icons can be moved, resized, rotated, copied or removed like other objects.
Arrange controls work on the selected item. Move it forward or backward in the stack, clone it, erase it, or clear the editable canvas. The company logo, when enabled, is fixed in place.
Save to report creates the report image for this slot. Use Download when you also need a PNG copy for another purpose. The placement grid is never included in either saved image.
Use Load template to start from a shared layout. Loading a template replaces the current editable canvas, so confirm only when you are happy to overwrite your work.
Grid shows a light alignment guide only; its spacing is set by your organisation and it is not saved in the final image. Fullscreen gives more room to work without changing the finished image size.
