"text": "
The custom dictionary stores approved words that the EnRep spelling review should treat as correct across your report forms.

When to add a word

Add words that are expected to appear repeatedly in your reports.

Add recognised technical terms, equipment terminology, and approved acronyms such as LOLER, PUWER, SWL, UKCA, or company-specific terminology.

Do not add one-off serial numbers, plant numbers, measurements, dates, model references, or site-specific values. Use Ignore in the spelling review for those cases.

Managing words

Use Search to find existing entries quickly.

Use the A-Z filters to browse a large dictionary by first letter.

Use the Show selector and page controls to manage large word lists without loading an oversized table.

Use the delete button only when a word was added in error. Removing a word means future report spelling reviews can flag it again.

CSV import and export

Download the template before preparing an import. The CSV requires a word column.

Export creates a CSV backup of your custom dictionary.

Import runs inside a modal. EnRep checks the CSV first and reports new words, collisions already in the dictionary, and invalid rows before anything is saved.

Only valid new words are imported. Collisions are skipped rather than duplicated.

Validation rules

Dictionary entries are intentionally strict. Words may contain letters, apostrophes, and hyphens. Numbers, spaces, slashes, symbols, and measurement-style values are rejected to prevent the dictionary becoming polluted with asset references or one-off identifiers.
"
